台灣牛肉麵


台灣牛肉麵,看似平凡的一碗麵,心機卻不少,先要整個牛骨高湯,起碼要五個小時的時間,等高湯弄好才炆紅燒牛肉又要兩個鐘,心急的我分秒必爭,又要做家務,又接學,再帶他們學課餘活動,我又邊有心機用成日時間花在一碗麵上,幸好我有個廚房好幫手,壓力煲,幫我省回不少時間,只花幾小時就煮好,真係快靚正,炆好,帶三寶去學嘢,學完回家,番熱,煮麵,開動,沒味精,真材實料,美味,過足口癮。 😁😋😋(PS 多謝朋友大力推介這個煲,真係沒買錯,簡直愛上佢😍,這個發明實在太厲害,係好多愛煮嘢食的恩物)
